Comments: Miska came from an abusive home. She lived outdoors with minimal shelter or care since she was a puppy. She never left that yard in fact the owner would leave the gate open hoping she would run away. Thankfully a good Samaritan contacted us and got the owners to agree to surrender her. Shes made leaps and bounds from the scared girl she was, getting in the car or going on walks were very scary for her but you'd never know that now as she is first in line to get leashed up for walks and happily hops in the car to go for adventures. She is great in the kennel and hasn't had a potty accident in weeks and has even started ringing the bells on the door to go out! She's great with other dogs and very submissive, she can get overwhelmed at dog parks and such but in time she'll conquer those more hectic situations. Since she never lived in a home before she does have some puppy behaviors like chewing things so you must keep things like shoes, remotes and eyeglasses out of her reach. Speaking from experience here 🙂 of course that is my fault for leaving them out! She is very loving and doesn't have a mean bone in her body. She would do fine with older quieter kids, I think loud obnoxious ones would be to overwhelming for her at this time. She's ready for her happy ending. Could that be with you?
