From the Foster
Zorro is a smart, loving, and playful pup who learns quickly and enjoys being part of the family. He’s already picked up sit and come and is eager to continue training with his new people. At night, he’s usually settled in his crate by 9:30 pm and sleeps well until morning as long as he goes potty before bed, only whining around 6 am when he needs to go outside. He is doing wonderfully with crate training, is making great progress with house training, and even rings the doggy doorbell when he wants to go out (though sometimes he tries it just for fun).
Zorro is very affectionate—he loves to play, but he also loves to cuddle up with his people. With his gentle, playful spirit and eagerness to learn, Zorro will make a fantastic companion.
Zorro has a heart condition called Mitral valve dysplasia (MVD). He has been seen by a cardiologist and there is no treatment or medications needed currently. He will need a recheck with a cardiologist when he turns one.
