About Neo-0324

Name: Neo

Sex: Male

Color: Black and White (Grays and Browns too!)

Eye Color: Brown

Birthday: 10/17/2019

Weight: 60 lbs

Large Dog Friendly: Yes

Small Dog Friendly: Unknown

Cat Friendly: Has not been tested, given his history he should most likely not be in a house with small animals.

Crate Trained: Working on it!

Housebroken: Yes

Energy Level: High

Reaction to New People: Loves new peoople, very friendly!

Kid Friendly: Has not been around small children, but due to his size and energy he would do best in a home with older children.

Training: Sit, Kennel, Down, Walks well on a leash

Grooming Needs: Neo has a standard husky coat which will require frequent thorough brushing. You should aim for at least once a week, and more when he is blowing his coat, typically twice a year.

Fence: Would do fine with a fence or tie out with proper exercise.

Solo or Siblings: Neo would do great as an only dog because he LOVES attention from his people. But would also do well in a home with other dogs to play with.

From the Foster: Neo is a super sweet boy who unlike many huskies loves to snuggle and get all the attention he can! He loves to be anywhere his people are, and seems to be happy with whatever it is they are doing whether it's lounging on the couch or going for a walk. We believe that he may be a Malamute/Husky mix and definitely shows more of his malamute traits at times with his deep vocals and talking! Neo is a VERY strong pup and is working on his manners and training. He needs someone that is ready to take on this new journey with him and show him the ropes of what being a dog is all about. Neo is great at taking corrections and a super quick learner. In just a few days in his foster home he was already learning to "sit and "lay down" on command. You can tell this boy is all about pleasing his person and just wants to live his new life to the fullest.
