From the Foster: Chandler is a beautiful bi-eyed boy with a signature tail. He loves pets and scratches from people and is not shy about asking for more after they stop with a nose tap or a soft paw tap. Chandler plays very well with our 2+ year old female husky. He's still working on learning social cues from other dogs and when they need a break. When chandler gets too excited he does great with a good toy or high reward treat in his crate until he calms down. Chandler is comfortable sleeping in his crate at night or snuggling up next to his favorite human. Chandler is the biggest lover and will cuddle for as long as you let him. He is eager to please and has be doing very well with training at his foster home. Now all he needs is his forever family!
Medical: Chandler tested positive for the tick borne disease Anaplasma in July 2023 and July 2024. He completed one month of Doxycycline following the first positive test in 2023. No further treatment is needed at this time and he does not exhibit any symptoms or side effects, but he may continue to test positive for Anaplasma in the future.
