Comments: Humans call me Denali, and boy oh boy, do I loooove being around people! I bounce and jump and rapidly wag my tail...my excitement can sometimes knock little people down. Although, my 6 year and older human siblings are perfect play companions! When my foster humans hug, I just HAVE to make it a group hug! I especially enjoy a tummy, hip, and ear scratch. I don't care for my crate and get pretty worried that my humans aren't going to return to me. My foster Mom and I are working hard on easing my anxiety while my humans leave the home. I get along well with my furry 11 year old sister; however, she just doesn't have the spunk that I do. Having another younger large breed dog to live and play with would just be delightful! I live with a cat right now and when he moves, I just can't resist the chase! I don't want to upset my human family; therefore, I shouldn't live with cats. (Birds would likely also entice my prey instinct.) I walk fabulously on a leash (both alone and with a double-lead when my furry sister joins). I would be an amazing companion for an avid walker or runner. I'm still just a pup and REALLY enjoy playing with both dogs and humans!
