Training: Some. Knows sit and down. Walks fairly well on leash. Likes to jump like a bunny when excited. Will counter surf when left alone.

Comments: Rooney is an all around great boy. He loves everyone. Dogs and people. He knows basic commands and will come when called. He loves to play with dogs his size but will also take direction when another dog says no. He is just a happy pup all the time. Everything is a new adventure to him. He loves riding in the car and on the golf cart. For a husky he plays fetch very well. He likes all kinds of toys and is very good at sharing them with his foster sister who is a toy hoarder. He would really benefit from a formal dog training class and is food motivated which helps with training. His foster home has been taking him on walks thru the neighborhood to socialize and he loves it. Everyone comments on what a nice dog he is and how handsome he is. Rooney will be a great addition to your family. He would love a home with another dog to play with but would also be great with an active family that includes him in their adventures..

All our fosters are: Spayed or neutered before adoption. Evaluated for temperament and train-ability. Up to date on rabies, distemper and bordetella, Heart-worm tested and on preventative year round. Micro-chipped.
