Comments: Hi, my name is Posey and I'm just a young one learning all about life. See, I got sick when I was younger and I found myself at a clinic in Oklahoma. When Adopt a Husky MN found me and took me in I was so happy to find myself in a new home, but at the same time I was very nervous and scared. My foster family has 4 other dogs, but one of them they call a foster as well. So I think there are 2 of us in similar situations in this warm home. I have been so happy getting regular meals, finding toys to play with and shake about and even play with my smaller foster siblings.

Hi all, this is Posey's foster mom, she had to go chew on a toy! She has been in my home a week now and has made some advances. She is still learning stairs and learning to be comfortable with doorways. She is on a tie out currently, even though we have a fully fenced yard. I will keep her on the tie out until she is more confident in her recall and trust. Stranger danger and sudden moves still send her running so we are taking it slow and steady here. She will need a leather leash as she has already chewed through two cloth ones. Speaking of leashes, she does not like when they get wrapped around her feet and that can send her into spinning zoomies to untangle herself. She has had some accidents in the house as we work on potty training and trying to read her signals. We will start trying to teach her to use potty bells soon. I'll keep updating her progress as she learns to be a well behaved pup! Check back for updates soon!
