Comments: If you have been looking for a handsome, mature, sweet boy then Echo is perfect for you! He came to us when his owner had to move out of state for work and couldn't take Echo with him. We can tell he was very well cared for and loved, and he LOVES his humans in return. He is happiest when he can be near you and keep you company with whatever you're doing to make sure you don't get lonely. Because he is 6.5 years old, he doesn't have any of those puppy traits that drive you crazy like chewing on things he shouldn't or jumping all over you. In fact, he has not once tried to chew on anything he shouldn't! He is also housebroken and has not had an accident in the house (and his foster parents are thrilled!) Echo likes to go on walks and has previous experience with skijoring and recreational sledding, and would love to join you on your outdoor adventures!

Echo currently lives with two siblings (one male and one female) and has always lived with other dogs. Because of this we think he will do best in a home with a fur sibling to keep him company while you're not at home. He gets anxious when his foster parents are at work, but some medication and time to adjust to his new environment have been working well to help keep him relaxed. Ideally his siblings will be okay with letting him be in charge, as he's had some minor issues in the past with dominant dogs. He has been getting along just fine with his foster siblings, and only gets a little annoyed if they want to play when he doesn't, he's a more mellow guy after-all! Once he settles in he will be a wonderful addition to your family and will shower you with love! If Echo sounds like the missing piece to your family please click the above button to apply!
