Reaction to New People: Getting better.. he was very scared when I rescued him

Kid Friendly: Unsure. I have two kids he is safe around. He has nipped at three other kids visiting our house. I do not leave him unattended around outside children.

Training: He is so smart and easily trainable. He is doing so much better on a leash (gentle leader). I think he will thrive with more training.

Additional Information: I rescued Zorro in February. He was malnourished, with untreated Lyme disease, diarrhea, scared of most people, entering his kennel often, and sad. He has grown SO MUCH. He loves being LOVED. I believe he can grow into an amazing dog who will be safe around kids and other dogs. He needs training to get there... I have not felt safe taking him to dog parks or unsupervised around children. It only took Zorro and Zoom (our 1-year-old dog) a week to adjust and become best friends.
