Color: Black & White

Eye Color: Blue

Birthday: 11/15/2015

Approximate Weight: 57 lbs

Good With Dogs: Yes!

Good With Cats: Yes! Ignores them completely!

Crate Trained: Working on it, he will go into the crate easily if food is there, but seems to have some separation anxiety if left alone. He shreds anything left in the crate with him to pieces.

Housebroken: Yes, mostly. I have discovered a few protest poops in the house when he is not getting what he wants, but he mostly only goes outside.

Energy Level: Average. He loves to go out for walks and runs, but is very well behaved and calm the moment we are home.

Good With Kids: Yes

Training: Very good on leash, and responds to some basic commands. He is highly intelligent and learns quickly with some love and attention.

Comments: Asher is a great dog who likes everyone we've met, doesn't bark, and is laid back. His main issue is that he gets whiny if he is alone or separated from his foster mama. He is an escape artist and will sneak out doors left slightly open, but he respects my 5' fence and has never tried to jump it. He also respects the baby gate, and will stay in rooms behind the baby gate, even though he could jump it if he tried. He doesn't chew shoes, but I think he would be very likely to destroy pillows or cushions or other household items if left to free roam. His previous family said he is a big counter surfer, as well. He really likes to be near people and just chill, and his favorite place is his cozy bed at the foot of foster mama's bed. He gets along great with his foster brother, another younger husky, and would probably love to have a sibling pup at his furever home.
