Solo or Siblings: Lives with sister in foster home currently. Can be separated and be the only dog. If she is the only dog, it may take time to adjust.

From the Foster: Chowder is a very energetic, intelligent puppy. Chowder will piddle on the floor with excitement. This will go away as she matures. Chowder needs to be let out in the middle of the night to go potty to avoid accidents in the crate. She is still with her sister as a foster and they play very aggressively with each other. Chowder would do best in a home with a young dog she can play with. Chowder can be stubborn at times, but seems to thrive when on a schedule because she is smart and picks up on routines quickly. She has been submissive to the resident dogs and picks up on the pecking order quickly.

Chowder has a small wound on her head and is currently on antibiotics. If the wound does not heal, Chowder might have to have a small surgery to drain some fluid. The foster family can help explain what has worked well with her schedule when adoption occurs for an easier transition.
